The service

TrainHub FIT is an app that lets personal trainers manage clients (plans, measurements, progress, chat) and lets clients follow their training.

Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 16 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Trainer–client relationship

Trainers provide plans, exercises and advice to their own clients. TrainHub FIT is the tool; the trainer is responsible for the content and suitability of their guidance.

Health disclaimer

The app does not provide medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any program. You train at your own risk.

Your content

You keep rights to content you upload (e.g. photos, exercises). You grant us a limited licence to host and display it to deliver the service.

Acceptable use

No unlawful, harmful or infringing use; no attempts to disrupt or misuse the service.

Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans, if offered, are billed via Google Play (auto-renewing unless cancelled). Terms and price are shown before purchase.

Availability & changes

We may modify or discontinue features. We aim for continuity but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Liability

Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law; mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Governing law

German law applies. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
